I am choosing to ignore this because I find it therapeutic to sit on the couch next to her and pull out little tufts of hair and make jokes about how she doesn’t eat/has self-image issues.
These jokes are not well-received because she is a dog and is way way too busy licking her own butt or having a dream about squirrels to learn English.

Tonight, my cat Tuija discovered mirrors and laser...
What she has not discovered is how they work together. Actually, tonight was both cats’ first time with a laser pointer. And well, pretty sure Tuija has interacted with a mirror before. But tonight she seemed particularly fascinated by it.
